The Guest House has two bedrooms and sleeps a total of 5 to 6 people with a pull out couch in the living room. The house has a fully furnished kitchenette and an attached living room. The living room has a cozy couch and WIFI access. The master bedroom has an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom houses a bunk bed and a twin bed. The porch in the front of the house gives a great view of Washington Harbor!


The house is smoke-free. Dogs (maximum 2) are allowed for $25 per dog per day. The house is rented for a minimum of 3 days, and must be rented for a week during the months of July and August. The house rents at $200 per night or $1200 per week, plus tax. There is a $140 cleaning fee.
